Join John for this exclusive coaching session

John Taylor, one of our WC practitioners, will be running a free coaching session Wednesday 8 April at 2pm through Zoom. Please register as space is limited.

Using the PACER model (Positive, Achievement, Context, Ecology, Resources) he will guide you through setting short and long term goals based on your personal aspirations and help you achieve structure. This will help you improve performance and guide you to better wellbeing though this testing time.

Become focused on your life. Set goals. Stay in the game.

John has asked if you can kindly make any donations to Grace House North East for his time delivering the session. Laura from Grace House will be in attendance and can answer any questions you may have.

Grace House provides short break and respite care for children and young people with complex needs. They are based in Sunderland here in the North East and in addition to their short breaks they support the whole family with services including free holistic therapies, counselling, group support and family activities. Please do give if you can- they need your help now more than ever.
